Holiday Booking Terms
On
booking your holiday accommodation a deposit of 20% is required.
If the period to your holiday is less than eight weeks at time
of booking the full amount will be due.
After the deposit is paid the final payment is due
eight weeks prior to your holiday. If the full payment is not received by the due
date we will not be able to guarantee the
availability of the accommodation, it is the
responsibility of the client to make all payments by
the due dates. Please note deposits are not
refundable. Holiday Insurance should be acquired which covers the
cost of cancellation. We will endeavour to provide documentation
required by your insurance company showing the cost's to
you. The booking is for the use of the accommodation
inclusive of the normal activities in renting
accommodation for a holiday period. The accommodation
must not be entered before the stated time & also must be vacated at the stated
time, please do
not ask for extensions to this as it can cause embarrassment.
The house description and contents
are based upon information supplied by the owner or by their agent
on behalf of the owner, the particulars are produced in good faith,
All The Seasons does not except liability for any changes to the
descriptions provided & or the accuracy of that information.
Any extra activities or requirements must be
booked in advance & must be paid for in
accordance with the stated period of eight weeks in advance. All The Seasons holidays does not except any
liability for the standard of instruction or
equipment used by agencies who provide activities, All The Seasons holidays will
endeavour to
use agencies which provide a high service of
instruction & equipment with the correct insurance &
certification but it is the responsibility of the client to satisfy
them self's that the activity company is adequately insured. All The Seasons holidays will
follow up all complaints & will remove any
agencies found not providing the standard required, from
our list of activity providers. It is the obligation of the client to make sure
they are adequately insured for the period of there holiday, with additional cover for any extra
activities they participate in. Any problems during holiday period should be
reported to the house manager or to All The Seasons holidays by phone or in person, at which time we will
endeavour to resolve the problem. All The Seasons holidays does not take
responsibility for any loss or damage to any items
belonging to clients, it is the responsibility
of the client to make arrangements for all the required insurance
cover, including cover for all activities whilst on holiday. All The Seasons holidays reserves the right to
change the stated accommodation to that of a similar
standard when the necessity arises due to situations
beyond our control. If your holiday accommodation
is no longer available you have the right to a refund of your
deposit instead of changing your accommodation.
It is the responsibility of the client to be at
the place of transport at the correct time.
Letting Holiday Properties
with All The Seasons
On receipt of instructions to let your property for holiday periods we will
place a description of the property on our web site with an applied reference
number, we do not advertise individual properties other than within our web
site, which we advertise in periodicals etc. Please note we do not retain a
deposit against breakages. Once we receive a booking for
your property a deposit is paid to you or your agent in sterling which is
equivalent to 15% of the total agreed letting price. The balance will be paid to
you or your agent in sterling approximately four weeks before the commencement
of the letting period. The accommodation must be kept to a standard which is acceptable to that
which would normally be expected from a holiday property & is the responsibility
of the owner to make sure that all necessary management is in place provided by
themselves or a local agent, This will also include a mid week
clean. The owner or agent is responsible for making sure the property complies with
all local health & safety requirements. A local agent is required with knowledge of the property who can be contacted
in case of problems or emergencies.
Advertising private property for sale
The information provided by the property owner or their
agent should be produced as a true and accurate description of the property to
be advertised.

any advert. All The Seasons has no involvement & takes
no responsibility in negotiations other than to advertise the property for
sale. You will be required to supply a contact telephone or fax number & or
email address that will be displayed on the web page advertising the
property for sale.
Agents Property adds
The information provided by the property
agent should be produced as a true and accurate description of the property to
be advertised.
